ISI Global partnered with Dreame to deliver a scalable flagship Shop-in-Shop at MediaMarkt TechVillage Graz.

For too long, the home appliance aisle has been defined purely by utility – a sterile, transactional sea of white plastic devoid of emotion. For Dreame, a brand synonymous with high-tech innovation, retail is more than a point of sale, it is a stage for its premium identity.
Operating as their dedicated retail design agency, ISI Global partnered with the brand to support this vision, evolving from a high-pressure pilot in Paris to managing large-scale, complex rollouts. Today, that journey comes together in a new shop‑in‑shop at MediaMarkt Tech‑Village Graz Seiersberg in Austria. Spanning 35m², it is Dreame’s largest zone to date; proof that a luxury expression can be scaled with the same precision as the technology it showcases.
Delivered during the demanding holiday season and under strict technical requirements, it took a full shop in shop from technical drawings to installation in record time, building a foundation of trust and setting a new quality benchmark for the brand. As Dreame set its sights on the DACH market, the team needed a flagship presence in one of the of the region’s most visited tech destinations in Graz, Austria. The objective was clear: to showcase the full Dreame ecosystem without compromising the brand’s premium aesthetic.
The 35m² space features the bold “Black Floor Concept,” a design choice rarely used in high-traffic retail environments due to challenges in maintaining cleanliness and surface quality in high-traffic areas. Instead of compromising the vision, ISI Global solved it technically.
By specifying an advanced PUR+ (Polyurethane Reinforcement Plus) coating, this high-performance layer delivered the scratch and stain resistance required to make the client’s vision viable at scale. Complemented by premium artificial stone surfaces and gold finishing touches throughout the furniture, the space mirrors Dreame’s own engineering language – precise, polished and unapologetically premium.
High‑impact, large‑format graphics and clearly defined product zones do the heavy lifting in the space. They act as visual anchors that guide shoppers through the Dreame offer, focal walls, central pillars and double‑sided panels ensure the brand is visible from multiple approaches, helping customers orient themselves, discover more of the range and feel they’re entering a dedicated Dreame zone rather than a generic appliance aisle.
The space is strategically divided into specialized zones to showcase the breadth of Dreame’s portfolio, actively driving customer engagement. This includes dedicated areas for robotic vacuums featuring integrated live-testing zones with real carpet and hard flooring inlays, allowing shoppers to physically test maneuverability. The layout also features a premium beauty section for hair care products, and a specialized outdoor zone for robotic mowers, delivering genuine retail innovation.
Behind the scenes, ISI Global managed the complexity of a large‑scale build so the installation landed flawlessly — delivering the “peace of mind” Dreame repeatedly cites as critical.The efficiency and smoothness of the process were explicitly confirmed by MediaMarkt staff, who recognized that an ISI Global installation equals “zero problems” on the shop floor.
A visit from a high‑level delegation from Dreame’s global HQ in China – who travelled to Poland to see ISI Global’s office and production facility in Łódź – further reinforced that trust, underlining ISI Global as the partner capable of delivering their global vision with consistency and control.
Today, the Graz SIS stands as the gold standard for Dreame’s retail presence, delivering a sophisticated and modern environment that perfectly aligns with the high expectations of premium customers.
