As an Account Manager, you will work with clients to understand their needs, collaborate with internal teams to execute projects profitably, and grow both existing and new business accounts.

This role demands strong project management skills, the ability to lead client accounts from inception to completion, and a passion for retail design and it’s impact on consumer engagement and brand experiences. Reporting to an Account Director, you will work closely with internal teams to deliver innovative solutions that seamlessly blend strategy, creativity, and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage a portfolio of fast turnaround projects, working closely with the department heads, ensuring a high standard of output across all business functions.
  • Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
  • Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth
  • Effectively brief in projects using all creative tools available to ensure the creative meets client requirements, budget and timing.
  • Ensure the efficient running of the account both internally and externally, managing cross-functioning internal resources and the client.
  • Attend weekly client servicing meetings and production status meetings and drive all further meetings as required to deliver projects on time and build the client relationship.
  • Complete all associated administrative work, as required, including timely invoicing.
  • Report regularly on sales performance, forecasts and new business opportunities.
  • Achieve pre-determined sales targets and profit margins.
  • Ensure sales pipeline is managed to ensure effective use of resources internally. All assigned ISI Global metrics to be met.
  • Be the market / sector expert and brand guardian, ensuring consistency across brand guidelines and standards. You should become the ‘go-to’ source of knowledge across all aspects of both the brand and the account.
  • Attend weekly client servicing meetings and production status meetings and drive all further meetings as required to deliver projects on time and build the client relationship.
  • Complete all associated administrative work, as required, including timely invoicing.
  • Report regularly on sales performance, forecasts and new business opportunities.
  • Lead tear-down sessions on all key projects, and report back with effective process improvements.

Core Skill Requirements:

  • Proven ability to understand client business needs and translate them into practical solutions that deliver commercial benefits for ISI Global.
  • Expertise in client servicing and project management, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Strong ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Keen attention to detail across all deliverables.
  • Relevant experience in retail, category management, or client-facing roles.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and diplomacy skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Capable of leading and motivating cross-functional teams, both in-house and remotely.
  • Experience working with 3D environments and point-of-sale (POS) displays.
  • An understanding of manufacturing processes.
  • An understanding of production and implementation lead-times to guide the client when discussing project programmes.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years account management experience within an agency environment.
  • Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
  • Leadership and cross-functional team management and co-ordination.
  • A proven track record in profitable growth, process management and relationship building
  • Willingness and ability to travel
